Failed to enter Can't find file 'Lobby01': ⊤ʌⓋ

History: UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine

I do what it tells in the .rar of the path , i make it 3 times and allways get this error .Can some1 plis tell me how to fix this ?

Btw : i want to make some questions =)

1.- There is npc buffers ? (and what buff they have)
2.- How are the rates of exp and adena ?
3.- Wich is the max enchant for weapons and skills ? and how much is the suces rate ?
